- Whether it’s land settlements, the duty consult, natural resources development, the Supreme Court has ruled that First Nations must be consulted and, if impacted, accommodated. Canadians on all sides need to know the Indigenous perspective.
- Somebody here needs to dig out the information Peguis people – and other stakeholders – need to make informed decisions about Peguis, whether it’s funding, housing, banking, the flood, etc. We’re here and doing this critical job.
- We encourage our people to be informed participants in their governance. Terra Indigena does that.
